Wire Reel

• The wire reel attaches to a skid steer or any other machine that is equipped with the Universal Quick 'Tach mounting system.
• Attachment weighs 1,945 pounds.
• Opening is manually adjustable to handle two different ranges of widths of spools by moving a pin on the main shaft to one of two locations:

    • Spool widths 32"-50"
  • 2nd Location
    • Spool widths 24"-42"

• Contains locating plates for lining up the shaft with the center hole on a 72 inch spool.

• Equipped with two 2.5" x 12.5" hydraulic clamp cylinders.  Each cylinder has a breakout force of 14,726 lbs.
• The clamping plates are rubber lined for increased grip on the spool.
• Two main shafts are Ø2.5" 4140 that go into center hole of spool.
• Spring-loaded pin catches outer hole in spool for a non-slip grip when winding wire.
• Rotation is powered by a hydraulic motor and planetary gear box combination.  Produces a maximum of 46,452 in-lbs of torque and 95 rpm at 3000 psi and 40 gpm.
• Motor has a displacement of 18.7 cubic inches per revolution.
• Gear box has a 5.2:1 reduction ratio.
• Comes complete with hoses, flush faced couplers, spring hose mount, and wiring harness.
